So! I've been on this crazy diet for the past 18 months or so that basically involved no food, just protein shakes, which was insane but also kind of amazing. I've lost 120 pounds and have about 30 pounds to go. This week I decided that I'm done with the shake phase of my diet and I'm ready to move to actual food. Exciting, right?
I'll be using the South Beach Diet to lose the last 30 pounds, which is basically tons of veggies and lean protein, light on the carbs. I'm SO excited about my return to food, and for accountability, I'm going to be photoblogging all of my meals. Here we go!
